This is the only area that I”m not so sure about. The rest I co-sign 100 percent, but every generation gets a little bit better. Even my worst experience being profiled or dealing with a racist boss or an asshole on the street doesn’t compare to that of my grandparents and beyond. I’m still blown away by my mother (of the Boomer Generation) who has never been profiled or stopped by police or claims to have never experienced any real racist moment. Talking to her is strange to me because although I come straight from her, we live two different lives. (We also look nothing alike, too, so there’s that.)

Still though, I’d like to believe that younger generations will continue to evolve. As for the rest, agreed. I’m more confused by those who are surprised. I said this in a comment on Medium earlier today: Same racism, different face.
