This could not be more inaccurate. Fraud would be lying about where you do work, not purposely excluding past jobs. People constantly personalize resumes for jobs they are interested in. For example, I would not add clerical jobs on an editorial resume or marketing jobs for a news resume. A simple background check or HR call can confirm someone works at a place if they voluntarily mention it. There were jobs before LinkedIn. Good grief, stop giving out imaginary legal advice.
