Nothing would make me NOT want to see this person or to stop taking this class quite like somebody trying to guilt me into taking it at 8 a.m. My kickboxing instructor used to always try to encourage me to come to his Hi-Fi fitness classes early as hell. It's just not in me. I have no problem waking up voluntarily to make coffee, water the grass, etc. I loyally used to go to WERQ dance fitness at noon two to three days a week for two YEARS. But that 8 a.m. WERQ class was horrendous. I just wanted to leave.

INterestingly, five days a week now, I'm fine with doing Kukuwa dance fitness (just as energetic and hip-hop-ish) at 8:30 a.m. on the dot from home. It's the part about getting in my car, leaving, driving, no breakfast and having to smile and talk to a bunch of people that wears me out. The exercising at 8:30 a.m.? Nailed it! Going to a gym to do it? I just ... good luck to you. It's not for me.
