Maybe another day and another time, I would debate artificial intelligence’s reliability as a judge. But after watching “Free Meek” and seeing the stalkerish behavior of Judge Brinkley, I wholeheartedly think we need less judges who are drowning in their own feelings. Hell, even the judge defending her complained off camera — but still defended her on camera. There are entirely too many politics within a courtroom. As a juror for one case, I watched one lawyer carelessly let another lawyer point out a MAJOR flaw against his own case. When I left the courtroom, those two jokers were headed to lunch together. They did it on purpose. There’s a human part of (some) lawyers and (some) judges that I simply do not trust. Then again, there is also the other side that managed to get Meek off. Maybe a happy medium would be to let artificial intelligence weigh in when a case is appealed.
