I wrote about this in a post about being racially profiled nonstop at a Target. Not only was that annoying as hell, but I remember a security guard losing her shit because she got tired of cashiers calling her over to check on black customers. They always called her "Becky" over the intercom and wanted her to go to aisle ___. She came into the breakroom one time and said she was done listening to [insert cashier's name here]. I was startled, sitting there and eating lunch while minding my business. She was just in a venting mood and said she was tired of having to follow black customers around because of white people's paranoia, and she wasn't going to do it anymore. I'd never heard a security guard be openly vocal about it before.
