I would not suggest buying makeup at Walmart anyway. Your comment takes me back to how oblivious some can be regarding black businesses. Fashion Fair, Iman and several other black-owned companies have been in business for decades. They are commonly seen at the Black Women’s Expo, Essence Fest, and other events whee black businesses are supported and celebrated. If the exposure to black women and beauty goes no further than Walmart, that is problematic in itself.
