And I am pretty certain you would not use the term “overly represented” if there were a bunch of white people instead of black, Latino or Asian in ANY other industry.
As far as that comment about Asia, the makeup of the countries you mentioned don’t have enough people of other races for that to happen. As you good and well know in the United States, these marginalized groups are far easier to find here. And my guess is you would find it highly problematic if white people were qualified for a job or not given a chance to do it in THESE particular countries.
